Creative Arts Directory of South Texas

The Creative Arts Directory (Directory) promotes the creative industry in South Texas. The directory will be a complete list of creatives living and working in the Rio Grande Valley, from painters and sculptors to photographers, musicians, actors, muralists, managers, agents, venues, galleries, and more. We encourage all creatives to provide samples of work and contact information for the Directory to provide others easy access to art and artists in South Texas. Registering for this Directory will ensure you are considered for paid and volunteer positions where the Edinburg Cultural Arts Division needs your creative expertise services. Individuals not in the Directory will not receive notifications of these paid opportunities

As a leader in Art & Culture, the City of Edinburg, to promote the Creative Industry in the region, has launched the Creative Arts Directory of South Texas. The Cultural Arts Division takes another step towards its mission of serving and enriching our community through art and culture by putting together this Creative Arts Directory, uniting artists and industry professionals for exposure and business growth that will be accessible to the public.

We are asking all artists of every discipline, from painters and sculptors to photographers, musicians, actors, muralists, managers, agents, music industry professionals, venues, galleries, and more, to complete the registration form to be included in the Directory to make it a complete list of creatives living and working in the Rio Grande Valley. We encourage all creatives to provide link samples of work and contact information for the Directory so others may have easy access to art and artists in South Texas. Registering for this Directory is free; it will provide another platform to promote yourself and ensure you are in the pool of candidates for consideration for the Edinburg Cultural Arts programs. We would like all creatives to be part of the heart of the Rio Grande Valley´s Art Scene.
