Seniors Folklorico- Beginner: Nuevo León
Beginner’s Folklorico for Seniors 55+: Nuevo León builds on foundational dance skills, guiding seniors to explore traditional steps, rhythms, and choreography. In this session, students will immerse themselves in the spirited dances of Nuevo León, refining technique, expressing cultural stories through movement, and gaining confidence in performing authentic folklórico dance!
Adult’s Folklorico- Beginner: Sinaloa
Adult’s Beginner Folklórico: Sinaloa introduces adults to traditional Mexican dance, teaching basic steps, rhythms, and choreography. In this session, students will experience the lively dances of Sinaloa, building technique, exploring cultural expression, and gaining confidence performing folklórico movements.
Kids Folklorico- All level: Jalisco
Kids’ All Level Folklórico: Jalisco introduces children to traditional Mexican dance through engaging steps, lively rhythms, and expressive choreography. In this session, students will explore the joyful dances of Jalisco, building coordination, cultural pride, and confidence in performing folklórico pieces.
Teens folklorico- All Level: Jalisco
Teens’ All Level Folklórico: Jalisco guides teens in traditional Mexican dance, focusing on dynamic steps, authentic rhythms, and expressive choreography. In this session, students will delve into the iconic dances of Jalisco, refining technique, deepening cultural understanding, and gaining confidence performing folklórico pieces!

Seniors flamenco- beginner: Rumba
Seniors Beginner’s Flamenco: Rumba guides students in the art of flamenco, focusing on dynamic footwork, authentic rhythms, and expressive choreography. In this session, students will explore Flamenco Rumba, refine technique, deepen personal expression, and gain confidence performing flamenco pieces.
Adults flamenco- all level: Tango
Adults Flamenco: Tango guides students in the art of flamenco tango, focusing on elegant steps, authentic rhythms, and expressive movement. In this session, students will explore tango technique, refine their skills, and gain confidence performing tango choreography.
kids flamenco- all level: Garrotín
Kids’ Flamenco: Garrotín introduces children to flamenco dance, teaching age-appropriate footwork, rhythms, and expressive movement. Students will explore the lively, playful Garrotín style, building technique, expression, and confidence in performance.
Ballet
Adults ballet- Beginner
Senior 55+ Beginners Ballet introduces foundational ballet techniques, including posture, basic positions, and simple movement combinations. The class emphasizes gentle, mindful practice, building strength, flexibility, and confidence while fostering graceful, expressive movement.
