Our Mission

Edinburg Cultural Arts (ACE Center) celebrates the diverse & vibrant communities of the Rio Grande Valley through equitable and inclusive art programs, festivals and events.

As a proud promoter of culture, the City of Edinburg uses the arts to enrich and positively impact our local community. Throughout the year, the Cultural Arts Division hosts a lineup of events and festivals at the Edinburg ACE Center and Promenade Amphitheater Park. Our famous annual gatherings include the South Texas International Film Festival, the Edinburg UFO Conference and Festival, and Miracle on McIntyre, alongside vibrant cultural celebrations like Culture Fest, Los Muertos Bailan, and FridaFest.
