Vendor Agreement & Event Regulations

By purchasing your spot and participating in this event, you agree to strictly observe all rules and regulations outlined in your original application with the Arts, Culture & Events Center. Your participation serves as a binding commitment to these standards, ensuring a safe, professional, and successful experience for all attendees. Please review the key guidelines below to ensure full compliance on event day.

General Vendor Requirements

Set-Up & Teardown: Setup must be completed one hour before the event starts. Teardown begins only after the event concludes. Vendors must thoroughly clean their spaces. Only one vendor is permitted per space.

Displays & Safety: All signs and displays must remain inside the allotted booth, keeping the front area clear. Cover all cords to prevent trip hazards. Display your Tax ID certificate at all times.

Products & Content: At least 30% of your inventory must align with the festival's theme. All displayed artwork must be suitable for the public. The City may remove unsafe or inappropriate items.

Electricity: Outlets are limited. Battery-operated sources and low-noise generators are permitted.

Code of Conduct: Professional and courteous behavior is required. Violators face immediate removal without a refund and may be banned from future events.

Additional Rules for Food Trucks, Food Booths

Inspection & Permits: Setup must be ready one hour prior for health inspection. Temporary food permits will be issued afterward by the health & code office inspectors, Electricity is provided for all food vendors.

Loading & Parking: Unload and park strictly in designated areas according to the instructions provided before the event.

Waste Disposal: Double-bag all food waste per Health Codes and use provided trash receptacles. Dumping in sewers is strictly prohibited, except for water and ice.
