the Summer Concert Series 2026
A seasonal community celebration bringing live music, entertainment, and family-friendly experiences to the heart of our city. Hosted outdoors throughout the summer, the series showcases a variety of talented performers and musical genres while creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors of all ages.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, enjoy local food vendors, and experience evenings filled with music, culture, and community spirit. Food vendors will be on-site throughout the evening, offering a variety of refreshments and local favorites. The Summer Concert Series continues to serve as a vibrant gathering place where families, friends, and neighbors can come together and celebrate the arts in Edinburg. Admission is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking and seating.

The outdoor concert will feature a dynamic lineup of talented performers representing a variety of musical styles and sounds from South Texas.
The Hot Rodz
Opening the evening will be The Hot Rodz, a crowd favorite known for their high-energy mix of classic rock and 80s hits, delivering a lively performance packed with popular dance tunes and party anthems guaranteed to get audiences on their feet.
La Dezz
Taking the stage next is La Dezz, a San Antonio-based group celebrated for their dynamic Tejano sound. Formed by seasoned industry veterans, La Dezz blends traditional and modern Tejano music with romantic ballads and upbeat hits, delivering a performance that appeals to longtime fans and new audiences alike.
Mike Gonzalez and The Iconiczz
Headlining the evening is Mike Gonzalez and The Iconiczz, a powerhouse group dedicated to carrying on the legacy of Jimmy Gonzalez and Grupo Mazz. The band honors the iconic “Jimmy G sound” while infusing it with fresh energy, delivering a dynamic performance that pays tribute to one of Tejano music’s most influential and beloved groups.
