Cinthya Delgado
Cinthya Degaldo is a dedicated artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, specializing in ceramics and printmaking. Skilled in a wide range of artistic mediums, she continually seeks to expand her expertise and creative practice. Passionate about mentorship, she guides students in discovering their artistic identities while promoting sustainability by teaching them to create their own materials and incorporate eco-friendly practices into their work.
Raquel Hinojosa
Raquel Hinojosa brings over 20 years of experience as an educator and gallery director. Proficient in watercolor and colored pencil techniques, her work is often inspired by themes from nature. She has played a key role in organizing numerous exhibitions and art shows in her community and is dedicated to elevating the artistic landscape of the Rio Grande Valley.
Ramon Ramirez Jr
Ramon Ramirez Jr. is a fully certified retired art instructor with extensive experience teaching at all levels. With 31 years in education and 38 years in cartooning, he is a dynamic artist who continues to create daily across various mediums. Renowned for his contributions to the artistic community and beyond, his work reflects a lifelong dedication to creativity and visual storytelling. Ramon’s mission is to inspire all who engage with art to find meaning and joy in the work they create.
Gabriela Gonzalez
Gabriela Gonzalez is a dedicated art educator with over 18 years of experience. Specializing in graphite, charcoal, and oil painting, she brings both technical expertise and a passion for the arts to her teaching. Her commitment to excellence has guided numerous students to success in competitions and inspired many to pursue art at the collegiate level. She is devoted to fostering creativity and technical proficiency, ensuring her students develop both a strong artistic foundation and a deep appreciation for the craft.
Clarrissa Sifuentes
Clarrissa Sifuentes is a dedicated artist and instructor, actively guiding and assisting local pottery classes through her club and school. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Committed to nurturing creativity and artistic expression, she is also a strong advocate for the therapeutic benefits of art, promoting its use as a tool for healing and personal growth.
Guadalupe Vasquez III
Guadalupe Vasquez III is a dedicated music educator and accomplished Tejano musician with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. With over 40 years of experience in music education and performance, he is committed to mentoring students in vocal and instrumental music. Passionate about preserving cultural heritage, he also promotes a deeper understanding of the history and traditions of Tejano and Conjunto music.
Mayra Ortiz
Mayra Ortiz has studied flamenco for over 15 years with renowned professional dancers across the United States. Holding a Master's in Educational Administration, she now dedicates herself to teaching and performing flamenco, while balancing her family life. Through her work, she aims to promote the flamenco scene in the Rio Grande Valley and help others appreciate its beauty and skill.
Iridian Mayte Tienda
Iridian M. Tienda is a dedicated artist and educator with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, specializing in Folklórico, from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. With 13 years of experience in Folklórico, she is committed to preserving and sharing Mexico’s rich cultural heritage through dance. As an instructor, she fosters a deep appreciation for tradition while inspiring the next generation of dancers.

Yvonne Guajardo is a passionate advocate for the fine arts with a strong background in dance, specializing in ballet.
