Private E-2 Richard A. McKelvey

Army, 21st Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. PV2 McKelvey was killed in action in South Korea on July 10, 1950. He is laid to rest at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantryman's Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and the Korean War Service Medal.
