Calendar Deadline: November 28, 2025
Calendar Review by City Manager’s Office
Calendar Approval: December 11, 2025

The following information will be needed about each of your events.
• Event Title
• Preferred Event Dates (with alternative if any)
• Department Name
• Contact Person
• Brief Description of the Event
• Expected Attendance
• Specific Requirements (State road closures/ambulance)
• Venue Preference (if any)

Please keep in mind that Management could combine an event with other events and/or events moved to other venues to consolidate resources and conserve overtime.
