2026 Rio Grande Valley Regional Dance Competition

The City of Edinburg Conceptos Dance Ensemble invites you to get ready for an exciting day of talent and teamwork at the 2026 Rio Grande Valley Regional Dance Competition, taking place February 21, 2026, at the Edinburg Arts, Culture, and Events (ACE) Center!
Registration is $600 per group, covering event shirts and medals for up to 25 dancers. Teams may bring as many as 35 participants, with a $25 fee for each dancer past the first 25.
Performance Guidelines:
– Maximum performance time: 15 minutes per group
– Accepted genres include: folklórico, ballet, modern, jazz, flamenco, contemporary, etc.
– Pieces exceeding the time limit will be adjudicated but will not be eligible for Gala selection
– Group size should align with your choreography and the stage dimensions (20' x 30')
