Throughout the month, the Edinburg Cultural Arts Division invites the community to come together for creative experiences that highlight art, heritage, and connection.

Free Painting Class
Join us for an inspiring evening of creativity and self-expression at our free painting class in celebration of Black History Month. The Edinburg Cultural Arts Division invites the community to come together and explore art in a welcoming, hands-on environment designed for all skill levels.
Participants will enjoy a guided painting experience focused on creativity, culture, and personal expression. All painting supplies will be provided while supplies last.

Soul Food Cooking Demonstration
Join us for a flavorful and educational soul food cooking demonstration as we celebrate culture, tradition, and community during Black History Month. The Edinburg Cultural Arts Division is proud to welcome Sonya Hackman for a live demonstration highlighting the history and techniques behind classic soul food dishes.
Guests will enjoy an engaging cooking experience that blends storytelling, tradition, and culinary insight. Light tastings may be available while supplies last.
