Lieutenant Edward P. Cooper

Navy, Navairpac VP-6, TF 72, 7TH FLEET. Lt Cooper gave his life during an aircraft crash in the Philippines. He was the only casualty. He is laid to rest at the Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen, Texas. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
