Sergeant First Class Roy R. Salinas

 Army, Light Weapons Infantry, Special Forces, B 43. SFC Salinas was killed in action on January 16, 1971 in the Chau Doc Province of South Vietnam. He is laid to rest at the Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen, Texas. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and the Purple Heart.
