Lance Corporal Jaime A. Salinas

Marine Corps, Assault man, III Marine Amphibious Force, 3rd Civil Affairs Group. LCpl Salinas was killed in action on July 23, 1969 while on a patrol in the Thua Thien province of South Vietnam. He is laid to rest at the Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen, Texas. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
